1802 House Bed & Breakfast

My husband and I started our NE fall trip with 2 nights at the 1802 House and it was perfect. The breakfasts were the best we had on the entire trip. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, clean and beautiful. Julianna was the perfect hostess. We highly recommend it.

A lovely place to stay in a tranquil setting and conveniently located within an easy five minute walk to Kennebunkport centre. From first arriving to our departure three days later no effort was spared to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The personal touches by Juliann and Lars for us made 1802 House stand out and it was obvious it mattered to them that we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Ideal location and excellent service

The Inn was excellent - Julianna and Lars were great hosts. The room was neat and well equipped, we were close to restaurants and key locations we wished to visit. The breakfast was superb - we truly enjoyed our stay.

We recently spent 4 nights at the 1802 House on a return trip to Kennebunkport (KBP). We chose the 1802 House because of its location a few minutes walk away from central KBP and the huge daytime crowds. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with ample parking onsite. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Julianna and staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The 1802 House website is filled with information and recommendations on dining locations and area activities. We'll return when we next visit the Maine coast.

Loved the house. It was so comfy and welcoming. Julianna is such a great hostess. The breakfast was very delicious.

We have just stayed 3 nights at this lovely BnB. We stayed in the Sebago suite as it had the biggest bed, which was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was dated but had big jacuzzi bath. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 3 course breakfast every morning was an absolute delight.. . A 15 minute walk into the center of Kennebunkport was a plus.

A wonderful home with lovely hosts. Delicious breakfasts. The owner Julianna is also a wonderful artist. Her work hangs in the breakfast room. It’s stunning artwork with lots of movement and play on light. We stayed in the Windsor Room. I hope we get back some day. Thank you.

Only stayed one night, bust the room and breakfast was fantastic. And the hosts were amazing people. We definitely would stay here again.
