La chambre n'était pas prête à 18H00 🙁. Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend bien les voisins. Plus grand chose à manger au petit déjeuner à 07H30.
SIPeople in the neighboring rooms were slamming doors in the middle of the night; we couldn’t sleep.
USUSI think they allow the staff to stay in the rooms, I was in 106, the room behind me, was loud all night long, even after reporting them. The kids were running around. Dirty hallway. Don't put me by staff again.. I should get a refund. Very few hours of sleep..

The bed was rock hard i woke up crying from my lower back hurting and was unable to sit up or get out of the bed on my own had to have help. I also requested a room on the end that way i would potentially only have one neighbor didn't get that . We got to the hotel was told out room was ready went into the room the bed had no blankets only sheets
