USThe room was comfortable, in general. Staff was very nice.
The toilet kept flushing spontaneously and there were some roaches crawling around in the room.

USThe first impression was good. They have redone the floors and new carpet on the first floor.
I was very surprised that the flat sheet on our bed had very thin places in it. At first I thought it was stained but when I took it down to the front desk area and showed the lady on shift, I found out the sheets were "thread bare". She didn't look up from what she was doing, so she knew of the problem. If they are cutting corners on flat sheets, what else is going downhill?
