"Such a Shame !!"

What a shame!! The setting is fantastic. Unfortunately they booked to many people in the restaurant and completely understaffed. Starters come out wrong, then waited 2 hours for our food to come and when it did, two meals missing, to be told 5 minutes and further 35 minutes!! Unfortunately this is unacceptable. The restaurant manager then took off the two missing items off the bill and charged 20% service charge!! Come on, completely unfair.

"All was good, apart from breakfast which was far worse than I expected."

Breakfast was not good. I am used four star hotels have hot breakfast which is cooked on the day rather than packs of food to open and mix with milk etc. This is a definite drawback.

It is located in a beautiful and central area of St Pete with easy access to many restaurants and attractions near by. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

The NOISE!!! Never again. Very tough to get a rested night with all the events going on above at the rooftop bar and in the banquet area which is pretty much in the middle of the hotel. Sadly, I will never stay there again but nothing to do with the staff. They are all amazing
