Hotel Greystone - Adults Only

I recently stayed at the Greystone Hotel in Miami and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The rooms are extremely small, much smaller than expected for the price. The shower in the bathroom did not drain properly, which made it uncomfortable to use. The layout of the property feels more like a motel than a hotel. To get to your room, you have to walk through an outdoor corridor that isn’t covered, which is inconvenient, especially if the weather is bad. When we arrived, they tried to place us in a room right by the elevator, which would have been very noisy. There is also no dedicated valet parking area, and valet service is on-call in the morning, making it inconvenient if you need your car early. On top of that, there was extreme noise early in the morning, which made it difficult to rest. What was also frustrating were the additional fees and taxes added to the bill, including: • Valet parking • Resort fees • Sales tax (7%) • Room state sales tax (7%) • Convention development tax (3%) • City of Miami Beach resort tax (4%) • Resort fee tax With all these extra charges added on, the stay ended up costing significantly more than expected. Overall, the location is nice, but the tiny rooms, drainage issues, noise, inconvenient parking, and multiple added fees made this stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.

Underwhelming experience at the Greystone. Small rooms … loud. can hear everything in adjoining rooms. It’s clean and modern but lacks any feel of a nice hotel. Bar is buried at back and just doesn’t have same vibe like may other south beach hotels . Front desk was unhelpful and completely unsympathetic when we were kept up all night by room next door. Not a ‘sorry.’ ‘we will try and help’ … nothing from the woman at desk other than. 600 dollar option to upgrade. Rooftop pool is ok but music uncomfortably loud. Both the music and construction and street traffic around the area it was not a peaceful place. This was my 6th hotel i have stayed at in this price range in the south beach area. The Greystone is fine .. but you can do better. i preferred the Goodtimes hotel & Plymouth in this price range. If available I would recommend one of the oceanfront hotels if your willing to pay just a bit more . National , Bentley , Sagamore…

la ubicacion ,las camas muy buenas , la limpieza, un pequenio lugar donde comprar cafe y vienosserie... muy agradable

el banio tiene poca privacidad , y la ventana de la habitacion daba a un techo con equipos de climatizacion , escaleras herrumbadas,parte traseras de edificios muy descuidadas, realmente deprimente.Deberian aclararlo, ya que ni siquiera es a un patio interno o un edifico cuidado. Esto desmerecio el resto de la estadia.

My stay at the Greystone Hotel in Miami Beach was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Julie at the front desk provided exceptional service and went out of her way to make sure everything about my stay was perfect. The boutique style of the Greystone made the experience feel unique and personal—something you don’t always find at larger hotels. Its location on Collins Avenue is ideal, just a couple of blocks from the Miami Beach Convention Center and only a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient during my conference visit. Although my schedule was tight, I was able to spend a few relaxing minutes enjoying the rooftop pool and bar area in the beautiful Miami weather, which was a highlight of the stay. The hotel’s Michelin-rated restaurant was excellent, and the bartender (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) clearly knew his craft—He made a New York Sour that was actually one of the best cocktails I’ve had in quite some time. Between the attentive staff, fantastic location, rooftop amenities, and outstanding dining, the Greystone delivers a truly memorable Miami Beach experience. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again.

Great location, close but quiet. I really loved the space of the room. the day pass for the gym was a great bonus, and the pool on the roof was a great addition and a good place to chill after a packed day. Best part of the hotel was the bed, which was huge and very comfortable.

Hotel was very secure, clean and staff was amazing. Enjoyed the roof top pool and bar area. Fred and staff were so nice and friendly. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Was able to walk to almost anywhere.
