The attendant at the desk was nice and polite and worked quickly to get me my room key. The room had a air conditoner that didnt really cool off my room. The bed was nice and comfortable with clean sheets. The bathroom didnt have a shower curtain so I had to throw towels on the floor so I wouldnt fall when getting out of the shower. The breakfast was ok but I didnt like how they did the eggs. The location was not to far from the airport but I thought it was a little hard to find. I dont know if I would return. You are called Best Western Plus. My

Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Super close to the airport which was a big plus for us.

Bathroom a little small. Walked into the toilet. Wasn't much room to get around in.

Breakfast was great. I loved the location and the room.

Room 115 could use a new hand held shower head. It doesn’t have a lot of water pressure.

Convenient to airport

Front desk was very short, next to being rude. Asked for wake up call to catch a flight never got one. Clerk said they tried (which was a lie) my husband was awake. Shuttle to be picked up from airport was over an hour. No communication!!

"Location was good from airport."

We were upgraded as another guest was in our room when we tried to enter the room.

Staff member wasn't apologetic about room mistake, said "it's not my fault". Tried to phone from airport for shuttle but didn't have luck. Had to flag a taxi to arrange transport.
