Best Western Plus Springfield Airport Inn

Once in bed someone was at our door. A couple was assigned our room too and given keys that opened our door. My husband and locked the deadbolt thank god.

I have never had such a horrible experience at any hotel I have ever stayed at! I don’t even have words for the staff, and the treatment we received! I’d give negative stars if they were available!!!

The staff person at the front desk on the evening of check-in was excellent and so was the staff person at the front desk on the morning of check-out.

I was shocked to see prices were cheaper per night than being a Best Western member prices directly with the hotel. Rooms clean, breakfast good. Would stay again closest to Springfield eateries and the caverns are not too far either. Gas station very close with easy in and out
