"Quiet and comfortable stay"

The hotel staff was very friendly and check in was simple easy and fast. The room was very clean and updated. There was very little road noise and the breakfast was your normal average hotel free breakfast. The only complaint I have was I had booked 2 nights with two adults and the room was only furnished with a one stay worth of washcloths and towels so had to ask for another set for the second night..not sure what is going because the last three times we have stayed in Best Western in different parts of the US this has been the same issue. Please put enough washcloths and towels in the room for entire stay!

"great place"

Its a great clean place to stay after a month visit with my son, DIL and grandkids who live 3 hours away from the airport. I stay the night before my flight out, so they don't have to drive so early in the morning. only a 5-minute shuttle (free) ride to the airport. Its perfect. I've stayed 3 times and will stay each time I come down to Missouri and fly out of Springfields. The front desk clerks are so kind and helpful.
