"Good"

Staff are generally disengaged and not easy to enquire and request for help. While the assistanxe are still rendered, the attitude is generally not good or not friendly. We do enjoy the breakfast and free coffee at the lobby.

This is a great little hotel. It’s very well situated, close to the train station. It’s an active area but the sound insulation is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the space was laid out well. The breakfast buffet was really good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Our room was small, but very clean and modern. The location was great since Zürich HB was just a short walk. Breakfast was above expectations. Staff was very friendly, bonus points due to our room being ready prior to check in time!

The hotel is very nice, excellent breakfast, great having coffee/tea in the room. Walkable to lots of restaurants and close to the main train station and other transit. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has an amazing breakfast with cappuccino’s at no extra charge. The hotel is so Close to central transportation of trains & trams. We would definitely go back
