Lady outside screamed from 3 am to 4am. Non-stop and I know she was a homeless person and that is not Kimpton's responsibility but it was alarming.

The location was good and the room was comfortable and clean.

We booked a Premium King Room with outdoor living area. The room itself was very comfortable but the outdoor living area consisted of a tiny balcony with barely enough room for two people to sit overlooking a busy traffic junction and basically not fit for purpose. This is not what we were expecting at all. We could probably have booked a cheaper room as we didn’t use the balcony. Reception staff said they didn’t know why Booking.com describe the balcony as an outdoor living area.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, rooms were always clean. Property was very clean and restaurant was very good, right in the middle of everything from shopping to the beach.
