Shower water was warm but not hot enough but other than that hotel was nice and staff was friendly and amazing 10/10

The hotel is a beautiful property and a charming atmosphere, but unfortunately, my experience fell short, particularly with basic guest services and communication. One day, the water was out from 9am until 5:30pm. I couldn’t shower after the gym, the toilets wouldn’t flush, and the hotel provided no accomodations for anything, not even bottled water was provided. Staff kept saying it would be fixed “in one hour," every time i called but it wasn’t. I had to fill bottles at the pool just to wash my hands. Another day, I asked for a room service menu since the QR code in my room didn’t work. I called twice over 1.5 hours and never received it, so I left the hotel to eat elsewhere. When it rained, a large puddle remained in the hallway all day with no cleanup from staff. Housekeeping only replaced one towel after the first night, though they improved the rest of the stay. On my last night, I was told the water would be off from 11pm to 1am. I got up at 3am to prepare to leave the hotel at 5:30am for my flight, and there was still no water. No one answered at the front desk. It finally returned at 5am, and I had to rush a shower with water spraying out intermitently. The nightbefore leaving i noticed the minibar was restocked with items that were not there the entire stay. I advised the front desk to ensure i wouldnt be charged for something i didnt consume. Then upon check out at 530 am they still tried to charge me for the items but after explaining i was not charged.

Very beautiful setting, old colonial stile with updated feature to check in the room. The staff very professional.

The address that Booking.com has on line for the Quinta Real Saltillo needs to be corrected. The GPS address on booking.com took us to the wrong place in Saltillo where there is no hotel. The hotel needs to place a visible sign on the front of the building or infront of the building. There is a sign that is partially hidden at the extreme end of the property and cannot be seen until after going around the extreme end of the property. Tks.

I was charged twice, someone irrupted in the room, don’t know if they gave him same room, facilities needed renewal, the water in spatub just flushed.
