"High end and romantic, but make sure incidentals charge is cancelled at check out"

Very nice and luxurious feeling hotel. The room and bathroom were big and high end, made for a romantic and memorable time in Saltillo.

When we checked out they didn’t cancel the incidentals charge and we had to come back to get refunded, which took a long time to figure out but it was resolved, thankfully we were still in town otherwise I don’t know that we would’ve been refunded. We asked one of the staff about ironing service and the guy said they had it but insisted on a tip before the service was completed, only for us to be woken by multiple calls to our room in the morning to be told they didn’t offer that service and it was too late for us to iron ourselves.

"Saltillo Stay"

Beautiful old classy hotel that we have stayed in twice before this trip. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable.

Toilet seat was loose, the one window overlooked a trashy construction site out back, the curtains did not close properly (hanging wrong from the top). They only provided 1 coffee pod and there were two of us in the room and no restaurants within walking distance. The food was good but way overpriced; service was fair.
