The gentleman at the door was the most kindest and respectful person that I met in the whole staff that was present! His name is jahir ortiz. Thank you so much Jahir Ortiz for everything and making us feel better after being knocked down and disappointed by the receptionist girls…….we will miss your services and hope to see you soon… and we have told all of our friends that do stay at the Quinta Real to please ask for Jahir Ortiz if you want exceptional services…….

My name is Jesus and Sylvia Juarez we had room 111. The receptionist had the worst attitude! Starting with Cassandra at check in. Very rude disrespectful, she never made us feel welcomed. She didn’t explain anything, I asked her if she was mad 😡 but those kind of people don’t belong there! And then at check out I asked the receptionist for her name but she hesitated and I think she said Elena or Cecilia was the supervisor or reverse, and would not give me her last name, which is ok, I said that I would like to check out and to please close my account and I was not acknowledged, there was no hi or hello, how are you, nothing, so I also asked her is something was wrong with her, or if she was mad, and she said no, they way they treated me at the receptionist desk made me feel like almost crying because I am so tired of people like them being at the entrance and not making me feel welcomed at all, it was very disrespectful and disappointing…..the only staff member that made us feel so comfortable and went above and beyond was Jahir Ortiz, when I had a problem on the second day with the computer, I needed to print a document for a meeting and I asked the receptionist for help and she was going to ask someone but no one ever helped me, but Jahir Ortiz the door man later asked me if there was anything that he could for me and I explained to him what was going on, and he went above and beyond and 100% took care of our needs. He was the most kindest and respectful person to us from the first day we parked and walked in to the Quinta Real. And until we checked out! The rooms smelled like sewer or spoiled egg’s throughout the property and in our room, but we did have a beautiful room with a jacuzzi, that I tried to enjoy after I filled up the tub with water but there was black water and smelled like sewer. What was the point of complaining to the front desk if they don’t treat you with respect! second day we resting on couches and the receptionist Cassandra never acknowledged

I would love to stay again on my next trip to Saltillo, Excellent customer service and fantastic rooms. Thank you Quinta Real Saltillo team!

The style is classic but could renew areas to look more modern

Very friendly. The host Jair. He is amazing. Always attentive of what we needed. We went in a large group. And he attend all of us. And made us feel comfortable.

Love this hotel !! Always meets my expectations . The bed is so comfortable and the details of the hotel are beautiful , great breakfast menu as well !
