WorldMark Angels Camp

The customer service was very pleasant.10 out of 10. The place was very clean 10 out of 10. When I requested extra laundry soap, it came straight away ( very happy over that) a very relaxing area. Felt very peaceful. I love this place very much but I do not like the changes that was made. The person who assigned my room (unit) forfilled every request, that I put on my reservation. I want to shout out Thank You!!! For whoever did that. I do appreciate it!!!

The coffee place was only open Friday to Monday 6 am to 2 pm. I was at the facility from Monday at 4 pm to Thursday. I am very unhappy it was closed throughout my stay. The last time I went to Angel Camp it was open 7 days a week. Second, the arcade room was turned into a office A new management company took over a few months ago and did a lot of changes. Yes the lease expired for the arcade but something else could have been put in that room for the guest, not the managment. The other room, that was a area for little ones a long time ago- was turned into a office and now it is the employees break room. I believe in a good break room for the employees but now both areas are off limits. Third, the vending machines are gone, instead all the food is at the lobby area right next to the front desk. Before that area was for food but also for things like bathing suits, hats etc., only food items are there now. 4th. The movie was not played on Wednesday night. I like hearing the movie from the pool area and it never got turned on. Why was it advertised and never played??? 5th. The lights coming out of my place was not turned on until way after dark 8:30 or so. It was completely dark. 6th. The master bedroom, on the second floor, the door to the patio area does not have enough dark shade. The sun woke me up early from the bright light through the door blinds. Was very unhappy over that!!.

Spa is set a just the right temp. Pool is clean and slightly warmer that our previous stays.

We had a very nice stay at WorldMark Angels Camp (Wyndham) in March 2026. We sat on the covered balcony and enjoyed the view. A family of deer fed on the grass while we ate breakfast. We hiked on Selkirk trail in the golf course. We used this location as a base to visit Columbia, Murphys, Arnold, Vallecito. The Miwuk museum & cultural center in Angels Camp is a must-visit to learn history and culture. This resort is a hidden gem, tucked into a residential neighborhood around a golf course.

Location and very clean resort.

I’m busy with work so not much time To play. Rose at the front desk and all other staff have been very helpful accommodating me. They have generously allowed me to extend my stay until I am done with my work in the area.
