The hallways were cold! The rooms were a little on the cool side too.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. Views from the hotel are spectacular. Enjoyed shopping in Fairhaven, particularly book store and toy store.

The location is amazing. The view of the bay was beautiful. We were able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurants which was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We ate breakfast and lunch at the Keenan and were very pleased with our meal. For dinner we sat outside which was beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The one thing that we felt really needed improving was the lighting in the bathroom. We tried opening the window over the bathtub, but that didn’t help. We had to bring lamps into the room to be able to see to get dressed and put on make up etc. while our breakfast was amazing I do wish they had a few simple choices for a lite breakfast like parfait, meat and biscuits, oatmeal, or simple bagels and cream cheese. If this was offered we missed seeing it. We were accustomed to complimentary breakfast but understand that not all hotels offer this and were not upset about that. Just wanted simple choice for those days we just wanted to eat light.
