The Lillagaard B&B

Very enjoyable night getaway solo! I had a small room with a comfortable twin. Private bath. View from top porch is delightful, love the eclectic Victorian style decor, breakfast and good coffee in the morning made the stay feel extra cozy! Walking distance to good restaurants and ice cream shops. I’ll definitely go back.

The owners, Suzanne and Kevin were wonderful. From check in to check out, they explained the property, breakfast, towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, everything for a wonderful stay at the beach. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, filling and different items each morning. I will return, made great memories, thank you!

We enjoyed our two night stay. The location was great, the porches are very inviting, and the whole B&B has lots of charm.. The full breakfast was good. Our room was very small, but we managed. On the whole, Ocean Grove was a charming surprise We would be happy to visit again.and would happily stay at The Lillagaard.

Extremely close to the beach. Many stairs, so not for the faint of heart. Beautiful victorian decorated Inn. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast included several hot items and a wonderful fruit salad. Complementary beach chairs and umbrellas available. We had a wonderful stay.

Overpriced. Hotel had charm but wasn't in line with the hefty midweek price. Decor very tired and on the cheap side (our room). Nice balcony though and i appreciated the overall quiet of the place. Happy with the breakfast.

if you want a space next to the beach, this can not be beat. the rooms were small and quaint which I really liked compared to flashy places without much character. The owners and staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly.

Old just be prepared. Location great for beach. We stayed weekend and beach doesnt open until noon on Sunday. Owners very nice and welcoming

A quaint B & B just a few doors in from the ocean.There is a great view of the beach from the patio on the 2nd floor. It was a clean and quiet place to stay. The breakfast was very good!

What an absolute gem! Everything about this place is worth the stay. Beautiful views, clean and cozy rooms, wonderful porches to relax on. Incredible hot breakfast each and every morning. The staff is super friendly and engaging. I had a single room with my own private bath, super clean, comfy and cozy. The Ice Cream shop down below was an added bonus and made for a nice evening treat each and every day. I stayed for 4 days and didn't want to leave. Great location, close to the beach and shops - everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend the Lillagaard and I know it is now my go to place when staying in the Ocean Grove Asbury Park area.
