WorldMark Big Bear Lake

Our stay at Worldmark Big Bear was perfect! Friendly staff and very efficient, our condo was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed was available in our condo.

Everything was great. Could maybe use smart tvs or free wifi, but other that, our stay was great!

Great stay, great value

We actually liked the property, location, and price. However, our unit should have been cleaner. For example, I'm fairly tall so I can see on top of the refrigerator. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. The bathtub/shower had soap scum around the tub and we hadn't used it. But the most disappointing thing was the wall heater was an absolute nightmare. It was too loud to use at night, and any time we did use it we had to talk extra loud or turn up the volume on the TV's so we could hear the broadcast. These were extremely old heaters and should have been replaced years ago. When we reported to staff, they told us all the units in building 2 had the same issue. We ended up asking for space heaters to keep warm. Clearly this wasn't a first time complaint for them. Upon leaving we noticed that there were already two space heaters in one of the closets.

I like that the units have kitchens. Jacuzzi was nice. Game room was fun.

We took our family of 4 for two nights and we're amazed out how nice this place was, especially for the price! Everything felt very clean and well-kept. The staff was very communicative. Kids loved all the space in the unit and the community center with the arcade. We will definitely stay here again! We were blessed to have 2 feet of snow and the property offered plenty of room for the kids to play....staff did an amazing job clearing off the side walks and parking lots!

It was a last minute trip, it was a great price compared to others around the area. Larger unit with 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, hot tub, balcony BBQ kitchen. Definitely worth the price.

The room is much more than just a hotel. With the property being a timeshare, it’s nice to have a full kitchen with washer and dryer. All the comforts of home with a great value. The only downside is that they want to charge you for the WiFi if you are not a timeshare member. Other than that it was an amazing experience.
