My family and I had the best time at this property. Close to everything and the hotel had many amenities ! Would stay again!
The only thing missing was snow! However, the hotel has walking access to Big Bear Blvd, so getting out and about was easy. The arcade/ community room was full of fun. Kitchen was stocked with supplies which made grabbing some groceries and cooking easy. Everything looked brand new, which made it easy to relax next to the gas fireplace. Coffee on the balcony in the crisp morning air made me wish we were staying longer.
Stairs are not lit very dim lighting
This will be my future go to spot when visiting Big Bear. The room was spacious, modern and clean with all of the amenities. It was very homey. The only negatives was having to pay for Wi-Fi and there was no soap for bathing.
Beautiful views and wonderful staff. Very big and spacious condos
it was very nice to get away to a place we know we can always count on for a great place to stay,
Property was clean and staff were kind and helpful.
This property was nice, pretty clean but the cooking pan handle was so loose that I almost got hurt while cooking.
Nice stay over Lavor Dat weekend. Stayed in second floor and like others said it was pretty warm during the day but cooled off well in evening with all the windows open. Nice clubhouse that my kids liked for the games and lots of options for pool and hot tubs. Our unit faced one of the hot tubs don’t was a bit loud hearing the conversations coming from that area in the evening. Glad they shut down at 10 pm so we could get some sleep. Could walk to grocery shopping as a bonus. We also brought bikes and liked that we could easily get in the Aloine Pedal Path from the property.
Very comfortable with great amenities
