Amazing Place to Stay

Wonderful family friendly hotel. Had lots of activities to keep the kids entertained along with a Scavature hunt for the whole family do to. (Which was alot of fun!) Friendly staff made our enjoyable experience memorable.

BEWARE!! BEWARE!! If I could give this resort no stars, I would. I booked this room on 12/27/23 for a stay on March 10-12, 2024. This was supposed to be a Christmas preasant for my in-laws. My mother in law is disabled so upon booking with Expedia, I called the resort directly to ensure I would be on a ground floor. There was no problem there. I also called back a few weeks ago to make sure the notes for a ground floor were included and again, no problem. 2 hours before checkin, we received a call from the resort that they “received information and we’ll need to call another phone number”. They could not tell us what information they received. I called the other number to find out that our reservation was being cancelled. Mind you, my in laws had already made their way up the mountain. They first tried to blame the cancellation on a power outage. Then blamed Expedia. The person I was speaking to sounded panicked. I asked for a cancellation confirmation number which they could not provide. I immediately jumped on google reviews to find out this happens very often! THIS PLACE HAS NO INTEGRITY! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Burea and I encourage everyone that has had this experience to do the same.

What a place to stay in Big Bear. Cabin feel, very nice facilities. Check in was a breeze, and the ladies at the front were all more than friendly and very helpful. Five star all the way….
