Metropark Hotel Shenzhen

We book 4 rooms and check in at 1am. the receptionist auto upgrade all of our rooms.The location is great. Eateries around the hotel is available even after midnight. MTR is just below the hotel. Very convenient

The location is good, but direction is hardly to find, it’s simple to put subway exit A2, it would make much easier, take me hours and no body knows the name of the hotel “Metropark “, one of the subway customers service center said only in Hong Kong, not in Shenzhen area. Hotel is very old, WiFi is a joke, breakfast is very good, this is my third choice hotel if I need a hotel in Shenzhen.

Good Location, lots of restaurant nearby. Rooms are big and clean.

Guest Services are absolutely bad for hospitality industry. Poor management, Front Office promises.. but never fulfilled, causing embarrassment and losses to my business arrangements. Security guards not helpful & lazy, yet telling the guests false facts and illogical explanations. Room services... unfriendly and full of excuses, taking guests as 'FOOL'. Appreciated, if the hotel management can be in touch with me directly. The staffs are not qualified to be in the hospitality industry, Customer / Guests Training is definitely a MUST!!

Accessible by lift from MRT station exit. Hotel a bit old but room well maintained.

I have stay at this hotel a couple of times and this trip I recommended another 12 persons together with 2 regular persons to stay at this hotel. Everyone enjoy this visit to ShenZhen and very pleased with the hotel. Looking forward to another visit with a new group of friends.

The room itself was spacious and had a full size lounge and a small kitchen area, and the hotel itself is very well connected to the metro system (there is a direct lift that takes you straight to the metro) but this was overshadowed by the fact that the hotel stinks of cigarettes - I was supposedly in a non-smoking room but the hotel facilitates the smoking with ashtrays / cigarette pits near the lifts, my room reeked of second hand smoke which was disgusting. I also walked past rooms with doors wide open and people puffing away - which makes me wonder about the effectiveness of the smoke detectors and alarms. Staff also didn’t speak a word of English. Note they ask for a 500 RMB deposit on arrival. There is also construction work going on and a lot of traffic and loud banging noises late at night from outside.

Good price n location for shopping n food. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

My 5th time here. Great location, huge rooms, very convenient and comfortable, great location.

firstly this hotel give you free shuttle bus to mtr station. Then room quute clean.
