Excellent place near everything. Only the building is old and needs to do some cosmetic work to make the room more delightful! I will stay again.

Big room, great location. wifi sometime intermittent. It's my 3rd time there and I'll return.

The facilities were old. Better maintenance is needed. The location is very central to everything.

I just stayed at Metropark Hotel Shenzhen, the location of the hotel is perfect and all the amenities inside the hotel/ room are fine, except that the hair dryer in the bathroom is way too weak. Imagine if you have long hair, how long it will take you? Metropark Hotel is a bit too old, they really need to improve their amenities.

Very convenient location with lift access from the mall near metro. The suite rooms are huge and well furnished, but the amenities are quite old. Front desk staff are polite at best.

This is my third time staying here. This quality of the rooms seems to be going down. Non smoking hotel but strong cigarette smell in the rooms. Had to spray my cologne throughout the room several times a day. Carpets are filthy. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Broken tiles and mold. I have some pictures ill try to upload later. Housekeeping staff were very friendly however front desk seems uninterested most times. This hotel has a lot of potential because of the large rooms and great location. But need serious updated. Especially the smell of cigarettes. If you are a nonsmoker them smell will be overpowering. I hope they correct these problems as I love the location and convenience of this hotel. As I said it's my 3rd time there but now wondering should this be my last.

The property is good and located at prime locality. The staff have extended the check-out time. The wifi was not working properly and hence could not use it. I had to use my own mobile data.

i reserved a king side bed and checked in at 3pm. Their staff gave me a wrong room type, i called them twice and went to reception in person, they finally reassigned another room for me. But IT IS THE START OF MY NIGHTMARE! i opened the door of the 2nd Room, the floor is not clean, there are 2 buckets in living and a chair placed in the center of bedroom! I felt super weird!!! But the problem most suprised me is “Bedbug” !!!!! I called reception again and request for a room change. They reacted quickly and brought me to 3rd room. During this rearrangement period, i met several hotel staffs, they all told me “2nd room is for INTERNAL use purpose! Our front office and back office took rests in that room in the past few days! Our reception should know the room is not ready and not allowed to assign to customer, how come they gave you that room?!” I was Super angry and disappointed with this hotel. I checked in at 3pm which was a standard check in time and the hotel should have sufficient room to supply their booking! It’s unacceptable and i don’t understand why they gave me that room with bedbug!!! I highly not recommend this hotel!! 我本來訂了特大床，當日下午3時辦理入住，但當時酒店職員給了我錯誤的房型，我給他們打了兩次電話和親身到前台確認我特房型。終於他們給我換了房間 但這是我惡夢的開始！！！ 當我進入第二間房時，地下是非常污糟，有兩個水桶在客廳中間，有一張餐椅在睡房的正中間！我覺得非常奇怪！ 而最大的問題是，他們的床上有床蝨！！！ 我再次打給前台，並要求更換房間。他們的職員很快幫我安排，而我亦分別遇到幾位夜間的酒店職員，他們不約而同告訴我「這間房是給予我們前台和後台同事休息之用」「前台應該知道這房間還未準備好，亦不能出租予客人」 我聽到非常生氣，亦非常失望。因為我在下午三時入住酒店，這是酒店的標準入住時間，酒店應該有足夠的貨源，我完全不知道他們為什麼給予我一個這麼差的房間！ 這是我絕對不能接受的所以我強烈不建議你們選擇這間酒店！
