Quiet rooms and good location. Well appointed rooms with basic toiletries and hairdryer. Great air-conditioning in the rooms. Good value with free parking and water coolers on the landings much appreciated.

Small things: We've stayed in the Future Inn in Plymouth too in winter and I don't know why this is but the corridors are always so hot! This was the same, moving around the hotel is really unpleasant. Also if you're going to provide shampoo there really should be conditioner as well. There is signage to an ice machine but it appears to have been removed.

Good location for the reason I was in Cardiff. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Could not hear the quietly spoken receptionist on check-in. Bathroom grouting could do with a clean.
