"Overnight stay away before hospital treatment"

The beds were very hard and I have a bad back , I didn’t sleep which spoilt my stay really Maybe mattress toppers could be offered for those who may need one ??

Helpful staff, clean accommodation, large free car park adjoining. Would definitely stay again if ever we went back to Cardiff Bay

Whilst only a 10 minute walk from the main areas of Cardiff Bay, the location is likely to be on the edge of the area once all surrounding developments have taken place.

"Great hotel just off the main route to Cardiff city centre"

The location is great not to far from the city centre the staff were amazing even when the hotel was extremely busy and our was very clean will definitely be using this hotel in the future

Staff always, very welcoming Room spotless clean, although due to heatwave hot

Breakfast was disappointing for the cost £16 each looked like the cooked food had been standing for quite a while and very little choice
