Residhotel Grand Prado

Bathroom, kitchen are in poor conditions. Too expensive for the quality inside.

It was my second stay at this Hotel. Great area to stay in Marseille, near the metro and easy access to the beach and the Port. Very nice Studio.

As an apartment/hotel and a decent budget option, it does what it’s supposed to well. Rooms are spacious, very usable kitchenette, beds are decent and water pressure and shower are good (my criteria to stay). I’ve stayed here several times and will continue to book there on future trips to Marseille. Reception and staff are professional and personable. The hotel is centrally located, steps from a metro station (périer) and direct bus connection to ALL of the beaches and to Les Calanques.

La propreté et l’acceuil

Points positifs : belle superficie de la chambre, réfrigérateur, cafetière, coin cuisine. Point négatifs : l'hôtel est annoncé avec un parking, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Parking public payant (et très cher) sous l'hôtel avec une simple ristourne de 10%... Compte tenu du prix de la chambre, un petit effort serait le bienvenu.

Few hundred euros for such a low quality accommodation is note decent. The rooms need a full renovation, not only the corridors. Plusieurs centaines d'euros pour une chambre de mauvaise qualité c'est une honte. Les chambres ont besoin d'une rénovation pas seulement les couloirs.

The location is good, walkable distance from turists spots, and team is very attentive. On another side, there is lack of cleanliness, maintenance of the flat items such as drains, mattres and sofa. It is basically, everything that you expect to be working when you are looking for a hotel, right? There was also a very bad sound insulation.
