Residhotel Grand Prado

ResidHotel Prado is a good budget option. I’ve stayed here several times. The beds are a little tired but I like the fact that the rooms have kitchenettes, bathrooms are renovated nicely with great water pressure for the showers. I enjoy it’s location, it’s secure, the neighborhood is safe with several public transit options to get around the city and bus connection to all of the beaches, and it’s a quieter option than staying in the center which is easy to get to on foot, tram or metro.

I liked the ease of check-in; the staff were not intrusive in any way, but were always on hand if needed. I did not need any help until I was checking-out, when the reception staff kindly telephoned for a taxi for me to the airport. They even refunded my deposit, without even checking the room! The cleaner had not even been in since 4 days previously! (as agreed.).

L'hôtel était en travaux : bruit, poussière, odeurs... une catastrophe. Même si les ouvriers faisaient de leur mieux pour limiter les dégâts, il y avait plein de poussière dans la chambre, il fallait faire attention aux murs qui venaient d'être repeints... En plus, c'est la première fois qu'un hôtel prend une caution à l'arrivée. Jamais vu ça. Heureusement que la literie était à peu près correcte.

Qualité de l'accueil et de la chambre très moyennes. Lavabo de la salle de bains bouché. Seule le Monsieur servant les petits déjeuners et préparant la salle a été sympathique et compétent.

Chambre propre . Un petit rafraîchissement ferait du bien , mais c’est correct , lol . Bon petit déjeuner . Juste un petit soucis d’organisation, mais on prend le temps .

Cet hôtel est idealement placé. A proximité immediate du metro Perrier. L'hotel meriterai une renovation surtout au niveau des fenetres pas tres étanche. Coté propreté, rien a dire, c'est tres propre. La literie est confortable, c'est un plus. A chaque fois que je viens en deplacement pro a Marseille, je descends ici. L'accueil est très agreable et le personel à l'ecoute.

The building looked nice compared to the rest of the neighborhood. I'm not sure whether I'd recommend the area if you intend to walk around.

I liked all except that air conditioning was stopped

Mon séjour était parfait, l'hôtel est proche des transports en commun, les locaux sont propres et plutôt bien insonorisés, bonne literie, je reviendrai sans hésiter pour mon prochain passage à Marseille.

Une rénovation serait un plus. Les murs sont à rafraîchir
