Three pools + other waterplay areas. Wonderful for children. Great view of the lake.

Beautiful location with many activities for families. Our room was clean and staff are very friendly.

There was a family group of 150+ staying in the cottages. They took over the pools on the property. Call first to see if large groups are staying.

The good: it was clean and no bugs. The people who work here are very nice and helpful. They have 3 pools which are kept in good condition. We didn’t go to the beach part but we saw it and it looked clean. The air conditioning worked well and we stayed in the hotel part which has jacuzzi tubs which were nice. The bad: they have 3 pools so one of them should be designated to adults only, but it isn’t, so small kids take over everything. The TV was horrible. It got no channels and it wasn’t able to connect to phones. This might seem petty but when you have kids, TV is essential for the evenings. No Netflix or Prime. When we started to watch a show, it would cut out and not work. We asked about it and they blamed their provider so heads up. They have enough money to upgrade to new TVs but they haven’t. Things are outdated but it could definitely be worse. All around I would say 3 stars.

The staff were unbelievably kind & was quick to offer suggestions regarding food places or where to pick up an item that you may have forgotten. My only recommendation is that they need to boost their WiFi signal. Late at night, when trying to watch a movie on my phone, the signal was BAD. This is my only recommendation. Stay here. You’ll have a great time! Guaranteed!

This was our first time here and first time in the area. Absolutely lovely place! Right on lake Eerie with a small swimming beach access, several pools including a very kid friendly one right outside the door with view of the lake. There is also beautiful little cottages to stay on which we will try next time, but the resort itself was fantastic too. The beds were a little hard, which is just a personal preference and cell phone signal was very spotty. TV was available but very limited amount of channels, if that matters to anyone and lost signal quite a lot. Also, the front desk only has someone there until 7pm. We had a toilet clogged and were unable to get ahold of the after hours staff we were told to call, but ended up fixing it ourselves pretty easily. No fridge in the room, which might also be personal preference but something we are just used to with our stays. The location is stunning, yet only a short drive away from dining options and shopping. We are planning on staying here again for our next trip.

Loves this hotel and its location. Great to be able to get to kelleys island ferry easily. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. The decor is a little outdated and beds are not very comfortable. But the amenities and cleanliness makes up for it. Love the pool area and cottages to rent

Breakfast was cereal, fruit and donuts. They did have a pancake machine. Pools were very nice but a long walk to the ones not for kids. Room is older, no fridge or microwave. Need a shuttle to the pool.
