The staff were all wonderful. Yvette, hospitality person, whose name I forgot and Olga in house cleaning were all pleasant and professional.

Terrific staff and warm welcome. Breakfast was superb and Cheryl in the dining room was an instant new friend. The room was large and comfortable.

The property is located one block from the boardwalk in Ocean Grove. We chose to go off season because the area is so peaceful then. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Our only complaint is over the polyester linens on the bed. They were very hot, even with the windows open in early April. That being said we would definitely go back there again.

My husband & I stayed here last night to go to a concert in Asbury Park at the House of Independents. We were so impressed with this B&B!! We usually stay a hotels that are close to the venue but this time we just looked up what was close to the venue & had the best price for us. We were not expecting this place to be as cute & nice as it was!! The host (owner??) called me that day to confirm when we would get there so she would have everything ready for us. Our room was super cute, very nicely decorated, VERY clean with nice welcoming accents! It had a private access porch with a table & chairs to sit out at, a private bathroom, the bed & pillows were comfortable. It was less then a 15 minute safe walk to the venue with several cute shops & eateries along the way! The next morning we woke up to an amazing smell of delicious homemade breakfast! The breakfast spread was incredible! Egg casseroles, potatoes, sausage, flatbread, desserts, juices, etc! Homemade & delicious! The ladies were there to greet us & keep us happy! I really NEVER write reviews but I honestly could not not write one for this place. Thank you for all your hard work & a great short stay!! I would highly recommend this B&B! :)

Effie’s food was amazing! The property was very pretty
