Very friendly and outstanding service

Due to an unexpected back injury I was unfortunately forced to cancel my 2 night stay. Two weeks prior to my visit I contacted WorldMark, Expedia and Extra Holidays to explain my unfortunate situation and to request a refund. To my surprise, they all said no! They already had my funds, so I just chalked it up to “The Art of the Deal” Buyer beware.

The staff is always friendly. It's in a good location. it's quiet peaceful, nice scenery. This time we enjoyed the heated pool and the recreation room.

The only downside was we booked a suite at least a month in advance, but a few days before our booking date, we were informed our room wasn't available and we were given a smaller room. It wasn't a big deal, we were just disappointed. We were told we would receive the difference of what we paid versus what we got. As of yet we haven't received any word or compensation. But I'm still expecting it.

The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. This was our third stay with them, and each stay has impressed me with both the facility and the staff.

Laurie check us in and was amazing, she was very helpful and friendly. Todd was another friendly desk worker, we enjoyed talking with him. The property was well maintained and very nice. We will return.

Clean rooms, great price, good places to eat nearby as well as activities for adults and kids alike. Will definitely be back!

The resort is beautiful and the property was well kept, very clean and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and gave great insights into the area. I highly recommend!
