Well maintained "older" property and great staff!

We rented a two bedroom suite with full kitchen and two bathrooms. Both the pool and hot tub were perfectly warm for both swimming and soaking. The beds were quite comfortable and having a full kitchen and washer and dryer made the time spent in our suite a pleasant retreat. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The scenery surrounding the resort was beautiful. We lucked out with blue skies and weather in mid 60’s.

Facility was clean and staff were friendly. There were some minor sidewalk repairs being made during our stay but did not impede our access to facility or room. The room had a gas fireplace and one of my grandkids stayed a couple nights so having a murphy bed was great. Washer and dryer in the rooms was helpful during our week stay. We would stay again.

We had a very relaxing week at Club Wyndham Grand Lake. The condo was very spacious, exceptionally clean, convenient, and provided great views of the golf course. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and accomodating; even to the point of assisting with our luggage. This time of year was great due to a slow down of summer activities and the beginning of beautiful fall days. With the quiet times and no hustle / bustle we regretfully had to return home, but did so fully refreshed and happy to have been at Grand Lake.

The property was beautiful and the golf course was one of the best I've played. Our lodging was great except for one thing. The toilets need a serious upgrade. My wife had total hip two months ago and couldn't hardly get up or down on the toilet. I don't know what was wrong with my earlier comment, just telling it like it is.

We had great service from the staff at this resort. They promptly replaced our refrigerator that didn't cool properly. They also helped us with our luggage because we had difficulty climbing stairs to our room...be sure to call ahead if you need a ground floor.

There was pet feces in our room from the previous stay. The location of check in is unclear.
