Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick

Very friendly and helpful staff!

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick earlier this month. We got up (very) early and used the handy covered walkway to get to the airport terminal. During the flight, I realized a had left my diamond ring in the room. I called the front desk to explain our situation. After a couple of searches, it was located by the staff. In particular, Lee Buchanon was very helpful as she kept me informed every step of the way. I want to say how grateful I am to the staff in helping us recover a very personal item. I stayed here for an extended time because I was working in the area and I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always nice and the attached restaurant is nice amenity. Special thanks to Darcie at the front desk for always making me feel welcome!

I’ve been staying at this hotel since September for work, and it has truly become a home away from home. The staff is consistently warm, professional, and welcoming, making every stay comfortable and stress-free. Darcie and Kim especially stand out — they go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and taken care of, and their kindness never goes unnoticed. The hotel is always clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, with comfortable rooms and great amenities that make long-term stays enjoyable. Housekeeping does an excellent job, and the overall atmosphere is safe, quiet, and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying short-term or long-term — the service, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality make it an outstanding place to stay.

Jacob went above and beyond what was expected. He shared details regarding the stay moments after my arrival and walked me through the breakdown of my bill/ deposit. It’s nice to experience such prompt, friendly service.

If you are going to stay in Warwick RI, the Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick should absolutely be where you stay. I routinely visit this hotel on business, and I can promise that there is not a more warming, attentive and generous staff anywhere in the area. I stay in hotels all over the Northeast and I can honestly say this location is better than all of them in regard to staff, cleanlines, upkeep and location. Worth a mention is that attached to the hotel is an excellent restaurant called Ironworks that you can access from the lobby. Bonus points, if you want a good laugh make sure to see Darcie at the front desk, she is guaranteed to lift your spirits with her positive energy and wit. Stay here you won't be disappointed.

Amazing staff always helpful and friendly. They will answer any questions and are great about letting you know any local things to see.

Left to early for the breakfast, early flights from the airport seem to have nothing to eat or coffee at that time. Other then that close proximity to airport is what we book for and the Iron Works restaurant

At least coffee in the early morning would be nice
