The stay was good, room could have been cleaned better, you can tell that no one inspect the room behind housekeeper. Toilet seat was not that clean it could be replaced and hair was in sink. Bed slept good! The front desk employee had knocked on the door and when no one answered she decided to come in.She looked startled when she seen me come to the door, she said, “I was looking for a cart”, however I thought that was a no, no because she had no business entering our room. We had checked in that night and it was the next day. She could have called the room so I wasn’t feeling good about leaving my belongings of value when I left the room. They were doing renovations. I believe it will look nice when done. Staff was alright and you have to put a $100 cash deposit down. I left to go to an atm. All the time they had one and the front desk didn’t tell me. Customer service can be better and informed guest about the services, like breakfast stop at 9:30am. However I will give them another visit after renovations.

They are under construction and there is literally 15 foot stacks of old mattresses taking up half the lobby and boxes lining the halls. The pool looked nice but the hot tub has been concreted over and I booked solely for the hot tub feature. My key card quit working and so did my husband's. Instead of giving me a new card she just reset it 3 times and when it never worked she let me in with her master key card. I was left with one of us being in the room at all times or we were locked out. Pretty disappointing stay but the value was good.

I didn't like the decor. The beds looked like they were slept in. The TV didn't come on! It had to be downloaded. Unruly kid was in the next room hollering until 2 o'clock in the morning. Maybe one good thing while there, they were renovating. Bigger TV's and other furniture.

Nothing

In the middle of renovations so they’re putting people in rooms that the amenities don’t work. Then when you bring the problems to them they have an attitude. Like you shouldn’t have been booking these rooms out and the tv, heat, hot water in bathroom doesn’t work. Our keys didn’t work to our room so we had to keep the key card envelope in the door in order to get back in the room unless we wanted to have the front desk person let us in but they never were at the front desk!

I have not slept in that property but has been charged anyway which I thought it was unfair.

I didn’t sleep there

They’re just finishing a major renovation and I stayed in a new room. Beautiful and spacious. New carpet, bed etc. Some but nit all of the furniture appeared new. Clean as can be. Unbeatable price. Safe and convenient location. This woukd have been a terrific deal even without breakfast. But the morning food was a bonus. Nothing fancy. Jimmy Dean egg & sausage sandwiches were kept hot and ready. Cereal waffles and packaged danish and cinnamon coffee cakes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. When finished completely with renovations it will be just a notch away from a new hotel and for this price category very hard to beat!
