City Express by Marriott Louisville Southeast

I called and specifically asked for joint room. The gentlemen that I spoke to assure me that he had put in the request and it wouldn't be a problem. But when I arrived I was told that they couldn't give me a joint room as they are remodeling and their joint rooms are on the 4th floor. I was also told that I needed a $100 cash deposit, that I was not told when I called. There was an issues with getting towels for the pool questioning the amount of quest I had when I had two rooms. No accommodation or anything was offered for the inconvenience

I love staying here. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! The rooms are always clean and comfortable! Ill be back soon!!

If you're traveling with larger vehicles they have plenty of parking. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. It is a great stay.

They let me check in an hour early.

The rooms needed more attention and the amount of dust is ridiculous on the bedside lamps and other things. The windows are not suicide safe they have locks as homes do.

Convenient

The ceilings in the bathroom and by the window have mold. The “updating” is half assed with the paint jobs. The breakfast is mediocre at best.
