City Express by Marriott Louisville Southeast

Nice location, safe community near restaurants and retail. The staff interactions were ok. The cleaning staff should pay more attention and do a detailed wipe-down and dusting in the rooms. This hotel, in particular, was outdated and mediocre in comparison. I have stayed at this brand hotel in other cities, and they were very clean and overall updated.

Safe convenient area with easy parking but needed better maintenance and cleaning.

That the suite had 2 Tv's

The room was dusty. Because I booked through booking.com I had to give them a $100 cash hold.

Overpriced but probably due to festival. Slim pickings for breakfast, tiny thin bath towels, 1/4” soap for bath and sink , no bath gel, cold/hot reversed due too renovations but it was less $ than others but like low cost motel. 1 star hotel

The staff was very helpful

The bed, the pillows. No remote in the room, went down to get one was the wrong one. Had to have them bring up another. The room needs a serious remodel. Very unhappy with the whole experience.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and comfortable overall, though the beds could have been more supportive. A bigger TV would have also made the room feel a bit more updated. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, and with just a few small improvements, it could be excellent.
