Choice of food and service was slow. Day one both all food main and starters delivered at the same time.

The staff were helpful and the location ideal. Loved the easy checkin and checkout, which gave us more time on the slopes!

Loads of hidden fees and extras. Unclear pricing about what has been paid to booking.com and what was due to be paid at the resort.

Staying on the mountain top after the lifts close is an ideal way to experience Sunshine Mountain! Sooo convneient for skiing, located at the top of the Gondola you literally ski to the door and it's steps from whatever lift or gondola you want to take. The rooms are in great condition, we enjoyed views of the mountian from our bed and living room, and the restaurants have surprisingly well done food, we'd dine there even if it wasn't one of our only choices! Not much oging on at night but that's what makes it so wonderful and serene.

Great skiing over a busy long weekend, conditions on the hill ranged from good to very good as the snow fell. The concierge (baggage handling) staff helped us tremendously with day storage for some items and sending down others. Hotel reception staff are always helpful and friendly, housekeeping was very good despite the hotel being quite busy. Great stay thanks to your great staff and great snow !

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location for some of the best skiing in the world. Having skied and stayed at almost all major resorts around the world over many years , Sunshine Village has emerged as my personal favourite and the hotel is perfectly matched to the great terrain, lifts and snow quality. It is rare to find ski in ski out accommodation with staff who without exception look like they love their jobs and provide service without fault . I hope and can’t wait to return.
