Es un hotel muy tranquilo y con todos los servicios, las instalaciones son ya un poco viejitas pero todo está muy limpio y el servicio es excelente, los trabajadores muy amable y atentos.

En general bien, las instalaciones algo descuidadas pero no en mal estado, los restaurantes muy bien, las albercas muy bien la principal la temperatura esta ideal, el personal atento y servicial. Buena experiencia

"areas de oportunidad para satisfacción de clientes"

En el check in nos demoraron 3:30 horas en unas habitaciones y 4:00 para que nos dieran las lleves para entrar a la habitación, hubo personal con actitud no adecuada en ingreso, egreso y comedor. Las habitaciones hubo contratiempos, en el grupo, una se salió el agua de la regadera a la habitación, otras las coladeras de la regadera era lento al igual que lavamanos, falta mantenimiento, regadera pared con hongos, personal check out con pesima actitud, no nos brindaban información solicitada, excelente atención tirolesa, snacks, serbivio bebidas, diversiones.

Las habitaciones están un poco descuidadas, pero el hotel la verdad es muy cómodo, la estancia fue agradable, los animadores le dan un toque diferente, bastante bueno y el servicio es muy bueno también.

No se puede exigir mucho por lo que se paga, su ventaja es que la comida es muy buena la propiedad ya tiene sus años y en algunos puntos y habitaciones les falta mantenimiento ya he ido 3 veces porque en relación costo beneficio es bueno. Si lo recomiendo si van con la idea que cumple con lo necesario.
