Insuficiencia de espacios adaptados para personas con movilidad reducida

Le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel , las habitaciones estaban en mal estado el clima de mi habitación no funcionaba , la comida con muy poca variedad y no estaba buena

La tematica es buena, los cuartos mas o menos, tuvimos una plaga de hormigas, la comida tambien un poco sosa, estaria bien que tambien sirvan otros platillos en ma barra fria, uno busca comer otra cosa diferente y no lo que come uno regularmente en casa.

Para entrar aún no estaba mi habitación, me dejaron entrar a las instalaciones pero eran las 4:30 y mi habitación aún no estaba lista y la señora cuando voy me dice y todavía me faltan 2 mas una vez que fui al lobby me dieron de inmediato otra habitación

No teníamos agua caliente, la televisión no funcionaba, las ventanas no tenían seguridad se abrían por fuera, llovió y el agua estancada a la salida de la habitación. Una de las personas que atendían en la bebidas atendía de muy mal gusto !

Would you like for your vacations to turn into a disaster? STAY HERE IF YES! As shown in pictures, the hotel thinks this is an acceptable room. In my opinion, this is a biological hazard Staff is nice, but this is disgusting and owners should be ashamed. DO NOT STAY HERE.

When I booked to stay here I thought it was a nice place because of the pictures. But when we got here rooms were dirty, No Ac, mattress full of mold. Call them several times to fix the AC never came out until the last day never came out to clean our room. We stayed 4 days not satisfied with the Customer Service and mind you food is trash. Only 1 bar for the whole hotel and 1 bartender poor guy serving all these people like have some consideration for them. Overall I don’t think I’ll ever come back. Place is outdated need to upgrade if you want people to become members! My question is where does all the money go if you say you have a lot of people that are members???? Only giving you 1 Star
