I was pleasantly surprised that the staff was attentive to the needs of the guests. From the moment you enter, there is someone to help you. The hotel is not as pretty as others but it is comfortable and has coffee shop and restaurant. It has a nice AC in the rooms and no noise.

Very Good Hotel In Cali, Deff my go to place when I visit family. I love the location, the food, and overall the heart warming service they have. All the staff in general are very good but specially Melanie, Lady & Johnny They are phenomenal and they make you feel right at home. Been a customer for years and will continue to book here for sure.

Excellent Stay as always, Staff is above and beyond. Everyone so very welcoming, the service is top notch. Honestly cant emphasize enough how awesome this hotel really is for a big city like Cali. The breakfast is also very good, no complaints at all from this hotel.
