Centrally located to everything in the city. Great staff and servuce. The area looks nothing like the pics. However i stayed here again.

El lugar está bonito y muy conveniente. La mayoría de los trabajadores son muy amables. Pero tuve un una mala recepción por Miss Melanie quien me dijo que la habitación 1024 la cual separe no estaba disponible y que todas las habitaciones eran como las suite del piso doce( olían húmedo). Y me dijo en forma desafiante isi yo quería la escogiera o me podía cancelar e irme a otro hotel. Gracias a Jessica me dio una habitación con dos baños como lo requería y me trató muy amable. En cambio Melanie en mi estadía nunca me saludó y siempre se mantuvo muy soberbia. Si se encuentra a Melanie en el mostrador traten de hablar con otra persona para que no les arruine sus vacaciones. Es muy lamentable que tengan personas así recibiendo al turista. Pues ellos son la cara y la primera impresión del hotel. The place is nice and very convenient. Most of the workers are very kind. But I had a bad reception from Miss Melanie who told me that room 1024 which I reserved was not available and that all the rooms were like the suites on the twelfth floor (they smelled damp). And she told me in a defiant way if I wanted to choose it or I could cancel and go to another hotel. Thanks to Jessica she gave me a room with two bathrooms as I required and treated me very kindly. On the other hand, Melanie never greeted me during my stay and always remained very arrogant. If you find Melanie at the counter, try to talk to someone else so she doesn't ruin your vacation. It is very unfortunate.

Good hotel

wasnt bad but i went for business so didnt do much tourist things

The hotel was acceptable but breakfast was not good! It was not terrible just lacking in variety with no ability to upgrade?

Our stay was very good, the staff excelente, the security, quiet, and having a room with two bathrooms was the best as we were there for medical reasons.

Good location, cleanliness, service, very good restaurant, very good breakfast. I recommend it.
