Apartments Marmont

Excellent location in the heart of the old town very near to amenities. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Nice views from the apartment, being on the 4th storey.

the Location is great right next (1 meter) to old town Split. The apartment was as promised and the balcony was wonderful when not in direct sunlight.

there are stairs 1 flight up. There are restaurants directly below apartment and a nearby main pedestrian way, late at night you hear aan occasional drunk singing loudly. Honestly I was able to handle the few interruptions to my sleep to have such a great location. I could have used ear plugs and slept with no interruption. I would stay here again. One other thing, the smaller bedroom only has a half wall 3 meters tall so you hear everything happening in the kitchen.

Thoughtful decor and furnishings, lovely hosts, great balcony and lively location.

The hosts were fantastic and very welcoming, and location was excellent. The apartment was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The large balcony provided a really pleasant spot to relax

Location GREAT Location right in the Palace walls, small studio kitchen, restaurants everywhere, harbor for boat tours 5 min walk, Uber, taxis, and bus 5 min walk. Owners keep the apartment very clean and I enjoyed how they communicated. Very nice owners who live in the building and available to contact. Both bedrooms twin bed and king bed, have a nice balcony. Both beds were comfortable with nice linens.

The three restaurants below, their staff congregate below the balcony to smoke. If you keep the balcony doors closed the smoke stays out. Also restaurants below play loud music until 11:49pm but most nights we were so tired we put in ear plugs and slept well.

Location was ideal for touring Split.

Terrace was a bit tight and the 79 steps to the 3rd floor are not for the faint hearted. However, we were aware of both before we arrived so it’s not really a negative.
