Days Inn by Wyndham Silverthorne

We stayed here from Friday to Sunday! The night time front desk person was so very helpful and friendly. The day time front desk people were rude and not very helpful. Also, we booked a room with two queen beds and a handicapped accessible bathroom. I called the hotel and hotels.com to make sure we had a handicapped accessible bathroom. When we got there we were told they had no such room. Just a king with a handicapped accessible bathroom. The bathroom was very small and every time you hit the door on the back wall it locked the door. So we kept having to open it with a paper clip. The beds were comfortable, nice and soft. When we checked out the front desk person was rude when I asked about the difference in the price that Hotels.com quoted and what the actual bill showed. The front desk person said they were not associated with hotels.com and to contact Hotels.com. Every question I asked the response was they are not associated with Hotels.com and I had to contact them. Not friendly and wouldn't even make eye contact. Kids loved the kiddie pool and it was open 24 hours. Breakfast was okay, but could be better. The hotel seems old and in need of a remodel. For the price it cost for a room and its condition, don't think we would return. Except for the kiddie pool, the kids loved it so much will probably come back for that.

Pretty much a dump. Very dirty and old. Not much more to say.

The beds were terrible, very uncomfortable. Saggy in the middle and way too soft. Caused headaches and back issues.

Very,very old and rundown. Needs updating or at least a good cleaning.

We booked this for a quick weekend getaway... No Pool... Bathroom very dirty... We were told to use the facilities at the hotel located next door. It appeared as if there were residents living in this hotel full time. The security door wasn't working and security camera's were unplugged in the hallways with wires sticking out.

Front desk manager was excellent. Rooms were tired in appearance and beds were not comfortable. Breakfast options were very limited.

The place is run down. Not very clean. Used shampoo bottle was left in the shower. The tv didnt work and we had to change rooms. The front desk staff was nice.

Horrible experience. Traveled all evening. Checked in. Back entrance didnt lock, stairway and halls were filthy, not vacuumed for weeks. The room floors were not much better. The beds had worn out mattresses that were stained and lumpy. Coffee pot in room but no coffee. Would never recommend this chain of hotels to anyone!!!

The bed frame was broken so the bed was at an incline. The maintenance on the property was horrible! Patches on the walls that hadn’t been properly repaired, the shower curtain rod hung down so the water flooded the bathroom floor. The room didn’t look like it had been properly vacuumed. Breakfast ran out of food. The front desk was the most pleasant part of the entire stay!

Breakfast was horrible, apple juice diluted that it taste just like water, no orange juice, as advertised there supposed to be a pool no luck, they told us we can use one in hotel next to them, no fresh amenities in the room, tv did't work had to call to fix it, the place needs a major updates
