Staying two nights. So far so good. Coffee was goid but the beds are like mashmellows

Odd location. Access while driving a little hard. No restaurants within walking distance. Facilities a little overused.

This place is ok if you have no other options, I don’t think you’ll get bed bugs, but you might be grossed out or just plain disappointed if expecting something clean or nice. If you don’t like this place, don’t bother going next door to the LaQuinta, it’s the same story over there.

Poorly maintained. Expected better for what we paid.

We were in town for a wedding and the location was convenient. The hotel was not that great, but we weren't there much of the time.

I like that it was pet friendly. . It looks like the back parking area was recently remodeled but the green areas were filthy with trash. It smells weird too.

Run-down property that hasn't seen a proper remodel or even bought new bedding in quite some time. Seems as though it may have been a low-end timeshare property at one time, and may have some long-term residents currently. My overall description for the property would be "Seedy". Staff was cordial and efficient. However; given the condition of the property, my son and I skipped the complimentary breakfast, and instead opted to eat at the Log Cabin in Frisco.

Floors rotting in room, hair on beds, bad odor. Entirely too expensive for the quality of the facility, absolutely the worst hotel ive ever stayed in

Main lobby very nice. Our room could use a little maintenance in the bathroom area. Beds could use a new mattress. We stayed one night on our way through Colorado. Good for last minute stay. Price was right.

We wanted to use the hot tub but the jets did not work. The person at the desk said "oh I forgot to tell you" A sign would have been nice. The photo of the "pool" on the website is deceiving. It looks like a swimming pool, but it is the kiddie pool that is only 2 feet deep. We went to ride the elevator up to the second floor, but when we got in and the doors closed it alarmed. I think it started to move, but went back to the main floor and doors opened. I thought we were going to get trapped in the elevator. The person at the desk said that just happens sometimes. The breakfast was different. There was a crock pot with oatmeal in it, but it was uncooked and the crock pot was unplugged and not turned on. Not sure how it was supposed to be served. The hot and cold faucets in our restroom were backward. The cold faucet was on the left not the right where it should have been.
