Days Inn by Wyndham Silverthorne

Bathroom was dirty and entire facility need an update. Rate is excessive for quality of room and facility.

The only positive comment I can leave is the people at the front desk were very nice and courteous. The hotel can use a major deep cleaning, painting and other updates. I would choose a different hotel the next time I am in Town.

Stay away from that dirty hotel if you can

The gentleman at check in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, but not kept fully stocked. Our room was quiet and comfortable.

We booked this for our honeymoon vacation. We are from Texas and my wife is 6 mos. pregnant and we made a 17 hour road trip and arrived here excited for our stay. Upon arrival were asked for a card for incidentals- when I’d specifically called prior to our trip and was told by a lady there was no hold for that- just cost of room/stay. We booked the room for the SOLE REASON that it had an in-room fireplace and would be romantic for our stay. It didn’t work. The manager came to our room in attempt to get it working and it did not. We explained that we booked specifically for the advertised fireplace and asked what could be done or who we could talk to about this. He mentioned he didn’t know who that would be but would try to find out. About 20 minutes of trying to get it working later- he left our room and said he would be who we needed to speak to about it. It was late. We agreed we would the next day. The fun begins.... stains on the bedding. Layer of dust on all surfaces, extremely filthy floors. Wife was extremely upset and went to the kitchen area to make some hot cocoa to sit on the balcony. There was ONE POT LID. No pots or pans for boiling water. No silverware. No paper towels for the sink!! Wife had some stomach pain one evening so I went to run her a hot bath- NO STOPPER for the tub. Tried calling the front desk for one- no one answered. Jets in community hot tub couldn’t be used or smelled as mold. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, and still yet to reach the manager!

Hot tub smelt bad, pool was a kid pool only 2 ft deep, dirty floors and elevator carpet was nasty. Room was dirty under the beds and along bedframe, sheets had crumbs on them. Shower had cracked and broken tiles. Extremely overpriced hotel considering how derelict it is.

Excellent location for the price. It's an entry level ski hotel which is was I expected and got. Breakfast was nice.

The room itself was clean enough, but overall this place has not had any upkeep and there is no pool, pictures are deceiving. But if you need a cheap place to stay, it was okay.

Good value for dated property; great location

The staff had no change to use the laundry facilities. The continental breakfast was lame.
