Great Location. Close to everything you need in Staines

TV didn’t work.

The apartment is very spacious, it was clean, had a balcony, very good location

The check in instructions to get into the apartment are some of the worst instructors I have ever seen, there is no staff in the building, so you may be left outside if you check in after midnight, you may not even find where the entrance starts, it's not mentioned that you need to go around and around into some dodgy parking lot to enter. Once you close the windows in the apartment , the smell the next day is quite awful, it pretty much stinks.

The property was very clean but lacked cleaning materials like a sweeping brush and dust pan, and some work top detergent.

It was virtually impossible to get into the building. Directions to entry wasn’t very clear, thankfully a person that lives in the building let us in .

Good location . Lots of nice things to see. Close to the train and bus.

Very hard to find. Its rear of the address given Checking in was a nightmare. There was no key to turn and the code opened the wrong apartment. Tried to call for assistance several times but no answer. I ended up finding the cleaners key to get in after about an hour. Be prepared for stairs, stairs and more stairs. I wasn't.

The apartment was gorgeous very clean and spacious.

The key code was not given to us and we waited 2 hours for the number.Could not work the TV and cooker hob not able to get it to work.No hand rails in the bath room or slip mat in the bath as I slipped over in the bath trying to get out.Forgot the key and there was no spare anywhere waited 3 hours for someone to eventually find one to let us in to the room.So very disappointed with the the problems we had.
