Cold. I could not get the hearing to work & nobody available to assist.

The location was unbeatable. The property was light and airy, and the open terrace was an added bonus.

The flat though comfortable definitely needs updating. The bathroom in particular had loose floor tiles. The bathtub is a hazard, my husband slipped and hurt his leg quite badly, and the same happened to me a few days later. In my opinion the tub should be removed and a shower cubicle should be installed. The bedroom is roomy and well appointed, but the bed is far too small for 2 people.

The apartment was dirty, and there was a horrible smell throughout the apartment. On top of that, there were leaks in the radiator and cold room, making the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Not up to the standards at a different Charles Hope property, hard to find.

Asansör yoktu. Apartman girişinede merdivenlerden çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Sonra 2 kata çıkmak valizlerle biraz zor oldu.
