Location and place was good

The checkin was bit chaotic, had to wait long. The hotel is old and not that clean for a 5 star. Also old people unfriendly. Had ask several time for support to bring my old mother from room to restaurant but unfortunately nobody came.

Breakfast buffet was extensive - catered for European, Indian & Chinese palates. Coffee mavhines were good. But there were flies on the cereal and generally cleanliness was poor.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent — perfectly situated away from the typical touristy resorts, which made the whole experience feel more authentic, peaceful, and relaxing. The grounds are enormous, so it never once felt overcrowded, even during busier times. There was always plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Another highlight was the variety of restaurants available — with so many different options to choose from, every meal felt like a new experience. Since we booked a Superior room, we had access to a private restaurant, pool, and lounge area exclusively for guests in the same room category. As there were only a limited number of Superior rooms, this area was never crowded. The fact that it was adults-only was truly the best part — it created a calm, sophisticated atmosphere that made our stay even more special. The room itself was beautiful, spacious and plenty of comfort. The bathroom was equally impressive — large, well-designed.

The WiFi reception was appalling. For a five-star hotel — especially when staying in a Superior room category — reliable, high-speed internet should be a basic standard. Unfortunately, the connection was inconsistent and often very weak, which was frustrating. Another issue was the insulation. During a thunderstorm, we could hear the rain as if it were pouring directly into the room beside us or onto our floor. Even more concerning, the ceiling began leaking, and a visible puddle formed. This was unexpected and certainly not what you would anticipate from a hotel of this category. Communication was also challenging at times, as several staff members were not very fluent in English. This made ordering food and drinks more complicated than it should have been. Additionally, the service lacked attentiveness. Rather than being proactive — offering additional drinks, checking in, or enhancing the experience — we often had to actively look for staff to place another order, which again was not always easy due to the language barrier.

自分へのご褒美旅行で2泊しました。客層が壮年〜お年寄りが多く落ち着いており一人旅にとっては有難い。ビーチ沿いの立地の素晴らしさは言わずもがな。ビーチフロントの部屋から30秒で即シュノーケル可能。料理もサービスも最高すぎる。

フロント近くのトイレが少し臭い。せめて芳香剤は置いてほしい。それ以外は文句のつけどころ無し。

Room and view was very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. A lot of activities on offer.

the selection of the food at night was very average, especially for a 5 star resort. Breakfast was good.
