المبنى حديث والاثاث كذلك والتعامل سلس وسهل الان فصل الشتاء (يونيو يوليو ) اللي حاط في باله سباحة وبحر وتان يغير الوجهه لان الان موسم شتاء رياح وهواء بارد ماقدرنا نستمتع بالشواطي ولا المسابح هذا الفندق عنده مسبح فيه هيتر الواحد يقدر يسبح فيه بس المزعج الهواء هذا الوقت قوي فندق هيرديج فخم كا مبنى وغرف وخدمة قدمولنا مشروب بالغرفة وكيك وتي شيرت وشنطة بحر هدية اذا عندكم مناسبة اذكروها لهم اثناء الحجز اشكر موظف عندهم اخر يوم قابلنا وخدمنا وحلو اسلوبه اسمه arvind مطعم الفطور في هيرديج اصناف محدود والعشاء كان طلب من المينيو طبق سلطة وطبق رئيسي وطبق حلا وكانت الاطباق صغيرة . يوجد شطاف عندهم فعالية قوارب اسالوا عنها وقت تسجيل الدخول منطقة الشمال افضل بالشواطيء من الجنوب والشرق وهذا الفندق يقع بالجنوب الشاطيء قصير جدا ماتقدر تسبح فيه ابد يوصل للركبة فقط. هذه المعلومة تمنيت اعرفها قبل احجز لان البحر صعب السباحة فيه غير رملي وقصير جدا وجود اعشاب بحرية على البحر بكثرة

العشاء كان متوقع بوفية بس المطعم اللي يشمل الحجز كان مينيو تطلبون طبق مقبلات وطبق رئيسي وحلا اطباق صغيرة نوعاً ما مافيه باقي او كلوب كار داخل المنتجع لان الغرفة كانت بعيدة وصعب المشي شوي

Le cadre est vraiment idyllique, l'emplavement avec la piscine au bord de la plage qui permet d'alterner mer et piscine. Le bar au bord de la piscine, les chambres hyper grandes avec baignoire et douche et le restaurant le Plantation qui est au dela des autres restaurants du complexe.

L'inconstance de l'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel. On est dans 5 étoiles et clairement tout le monde ne dit pas bonjour, explication du fonctionnement pas toujours faite ni claire, manque un peu de joie de vivre...

La piscine, la chambre, l’accueil et l’emplacement était parfait

Activité nautique insuffisante, un restaurant fermé en plein vacances scolaires , le petit déjeuner pas de choix suffisant dans les produits, une partie du personnel ne parle pas du tout français .

Edgewater and Club Plantation restaurans are on the very good level. Room cllening is excellent.

No coconuts to drink, either in AI or even to buy. Poor room maintaince, bad AC, TV, cabinets. Mercado restaurant very dirty and stained plates and no AC at all. Main pool dirty, nothing extra, suraundings poorly cleaned, sun beads all dirty.
