Le restaurant était horrible, sur chauffe, désagréable et la nourriture était mauvaise.

ロケーションが良かった。海も近く、プールと海の両方を楽しめた。無料でアップグレードしてもらえた。

朝食は種類は豊富だが、補充するタイミングが遅い、また、子供が食べられるメニューが限られていたのは残念だった。設備は老朽化しており、清潔ではあったが古さを感じた。ホテルスタッフは、中にはホスピタリティのあるスタッフもいたが、太宗は仕事をこなしているだけのように感じた。AMEXの場合、EUR支払いができないため、現地でMUR建で支払う必要がある点、事前案内がなかったため戸惑った。

Not enough entertainment for older kids.

From the moment we arrived Melissa treated us like with such hospitality and kindness. She took the time to show us around and offered us welcome drinks and explained everything. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. We had a beautiful sea view room. Drinking water was given to us daily in bottles. For New Years Eve they had an amazing firework display and we all got a new years Eve treat. The dinner tables were beautifully set and we got hats and props to wear for fun. Most nights there was entertainment. There were 3 restaurants to choose from: Plantation club: our favourite with fine dining experience Edge: had a delicious a La Carte menu Mercado the main restaurant which was a buffet but we didn’t really enjoy the food and for someone who didn’t eat meat, cheese or chicken there was limited fish options. And new years not all the menu options shown were available. The aqua gym daily was a lot of fun. One of our highlights was time at plantation club where Dinson treated us like kings. He really is amazing and goes out of his way for every single guest. The chef’s and staff are also kind and went out their way.

Most of the orders we placed while on the beach never arrived. The service at the Blue needs improvement and their food does.

Direkte Lage am Strand, 1 h vom Flughafen entfernt. Sehr nettes Personal, aber ein wenig unbeholfen. Sind um 6.30 nach einem langen Nachtflug aus wien angekommen und es wurde uns gesagt, dass wir erst um 14 Uhr in u See Zimmer können. Es gab nicht einmal eine ordentliche Möglichkeit zum umziehen und das Frühstück sollten wir auch bezahlen. Das da dem wir sehr anmaßend und haben uns gleich aufregen müssen. Dann ging es plötzlich ohne charging. Silvester Abend war sehr schön und das Essen auch sehr ausgefallen an diesem Tag. Leider nur an diesem Tag mit Langusten und Shrimps. Das mussten wir aber auch bezahlen.

Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, strandliegen alt, Aschenbecher von Rauchern nicht gesäubert und außerdem hatten wir gleich eine Kakerlake am ersten Abend im Zimmer. Das war die tolle Ankunft! Und am vorletzten Abend wieder eine, katastrophale war das für uns! Wir kennen so etwas nicht!

The ocean view is magnificent

This hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The restaurant is low quality, the rooms are old and in need of renovation. At breakfast, food always runs out, and people are forced to wait for more to be brought. This doesn't happen right away. There are cockroaches in the rooms, old renovations, and many broken items. The rooms often lack hair conditioner and other toiletries expected of a 5-star hotel.
