Location was great for accessing everything Branson. Good accommodations for a place to sleep. Questionable cleanliness in bathroom and lavatory area. Our 2 rooms were together and desk manager was friendly and helpful. 2 night stay - no access by cleaning staff to pull trash or replace used towels.
Hotel was run in the very cheapest way possible. Wafer thin bar of soap, key card reader on door worked only sporadically. Old fiberglass tub and stained grout walls in shower were very uninviting. TV remote was broken and small TV was difficult to see from the bed. But the bed was comfortable and the price was cheaper than other hotels nearby. I do not recommend.

The rooms do not look like the ones on the internet pictures, the pool wasn't working there was no breakfast. The guy at the counter look like a kid , the add on the internet said pet friendly and I had to pay for my dog to stay .
USStaff, accommodations and assistance with general things, parking, location, aesthetic of building and facilities (though it could use some renovation/sprucing up. Loved that there are games and toys available at lobby, Mr Chris was always there and always helpful, the lobby was comfortable and beautiful.
Parking was excellent and easy, though on Saturday, parking was a little tight. Sometimes there were several guest hanging around in the hallways, corridors, and stairwells. This was a little annoying and worrying. It would be nice if there was a designated area for loitering and hanging out, instead of in stairwells and right outside our hotel room doors. Also we found a couple roaches and a flea in the room.
USRooms looked like they had some updates.
No smoking however our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Tables outside with ashtrays on them. No one was outside smoking that I noticed until we were leaving but they gave us an adjoining room that we placed a towel at the crack below the door because we thought that was where the smoke was coming from.

There were very limited smoking sections, the night guy was so super rude scared the crap out of us bc he snuck up on us to yell about us smoking in the parking lot in front of our rooms, had a sleeping baby inside and didn't feel it safe to leave the baby to go clear to the backside to smoke. I completely understand no smoking in the rooms I even understand however many feet away due to the clear air act but we're people to.......The pool was unavailable and we were in a heat wave of triple digits! The hallway light at night peers thru the blinds as there were no dark out blinds had me real confused when I woke to use the bathroom at 1am thinking I'd slept all day.
