USIt was a good stay. It is under new management, and they are doing a good job. I would stay here again.
For the price the property was not bad, but wasn't the cleanest. Bright lights outside your window make it hard for you to sleep with no curtains. Close proximity to the attractions we were interested in. Pool is closed. Called to extend stay, was booked another room instead then was called and told I was the one that did something wrong in calling to extend stay. I won't stay here again, but it is reasonably priced.
Room was ok. No complaints other than not having blackout curtains. Blinds let in too much light
Floor was dirty, pillows were very flat ..

On first arrival check in great, room was clean but ac wasn’t on and one bed had urine stain on sheets. Called the front desk, sent housekeeping right then and fixed the problem. Towels okay, did have plenty of hot water. Beds comfortable, but pillows were very small and not so great. Coffee pot and coffee in room. No iron or ironing board. Small working refrigerator and microwave provided. Hair dryer provided. No black out curtains so room wasn’t dark. Cameras around property. No water in swimming pool. Area was well lit at night. Man checking in and out was very polite and helpful.
Pool was closed. Needed new bedding due to a cooler spilling onto the covers and NO extra bedding or towels were available.

The pool isn’t operational, everything listed on the website when booking is FALSE! Check-in process was a literal nightmare, the room was gross, the bathroom was extremely disappointing (no way were we using the shower/ bathroom) the creepy guy that kept locking his lips and winking at me, maid me feel extremely uncomfortable!! My hubby wasn’t happy about it, said something at check out and the front desk guy just giggled and said have a nice day! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! EVER!! We spend sooo much time in Branson, and this is the absolute WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Please DO BETTER- and UPDATE Information about the property, because telling numerous guests "we have new owners" and the cost of things is more than anticipated isn’t a good business practice
