perfect location

Breakfast was wonderful. Creative and delicious. Staff was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. The layout of the property was very good.

The carpet in the common areas was a bit dirty.

This house actually is a real gem. It's managed by a family and I think it's been their private house until they made it a b&b. The owners and the staff are more than welcoming and you immediately feel like home. They are so sweet, the pool is nice and clean as well as the rooms. It is so lovely and I would always come back immediately! They offer additional snacks as well as wine and beer for free which I think is super generous.

We only stayed for 1 night, we should have booked at least 2!

I stayed in the Buddy Holly room. It was super comfortable and clean. The Buddy Holly stained glass door to the veranda is awesome. Coco and staff are so kind. You feel like you're at home. The breakfast was simply incredible. The dining table beautiful. The parking area is gated. Snacks are available. Loved the antique bathtub - my college/dorm student came to take a bath and spend the night. Tech family built and owns it. I wish my husband didn't normally have points for us to stay when we visit. When he doesn't, we'll be staying here. Just lovely - and GUNS UP!

Some of the trim is in need of a fresh coat of paint, but that's to be expected with suitcases in and out. It would not keep me from staying again. It's just a note, and I'm probably over sensitive because my husband is a builder ; )
